Metel Industries LLC started operations of manufacturing in Dubai in the year of 2002. It offers complete package of Listed and Non- Listed Firefighting Pumps as per various international standards.
Metel Industries LLC is ISO 9001:2015 Certified company and NFPA member. We have factory trained engineers and technicians which have up to date knowledge of latest production techniques. Our manufacturing facility is fully equipped with testing rig facility of Firefighting Pumps up to 3000 US GPM.
All our products are supported by in-house service maintenance facility which also undertakes annual maintenance contracts for firefighting pump systems, rewinding of electric motors, repair and service of diesel engines and controller panels with wide range of spare parts.
Our technical team are able to reach anywhere in U.A.E, within 1-3 hours maximum of receiving a call from customers. We have an established network of distributors and channel partners all over the globe.
The main activity of our business is assembling UL certified firepumps which are approved by Civil Defense of UAE, Qatar, and Oman as per the requirement and specification of our customers. Our UL Certified Pumps are manufactured by our associates Ebitt in Turkey and are assembled by us exclusively in UAE. Our pumps are sold in countries of U.A.E, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt,Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa &, etc.
We are importing UL-listed parts like engines, pumps, motors, jockey pumps, controllers from the USA, Europe, and Asian countries and stock them in our warehouse for assembling. Our company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and we strictly follow ISO documented procedures and rules to maintain product quality and consistently provide customer satisfaction. METEL has a service division to support the products with after-sales service. All engineers and technicians are qualified and well trained.
Our sales team pursues opportunities for pre-sales and upon receiving the confirmed order from our customer, the production engineer creates a job number in our ERP with required materials, detailed production plan with tentative completion & delivery date. The same details will be forwarded to the stores, procurement, and finance department for arranging the timely supply of all required materials as per the production plan. Our success model is that we are supplying quality products within the time frame specified by the customer. We are getting repeated orders from our customers due to timely sales and service supports. We are importing 30% of the raw materials from international markets and 70% from local outlets of international brands.
The total area of our factory is approximately 18,000 sq. ft with modern machinery and testing facility. The company has the facility to produce more than 50pump sets per month.
